Marks & Spencer help us to £25,000-plus fundraising boost

What a year it’s been for us and M & S York, who’ve made us their Charity of the Year for the last 12 months.

Thanks to a range of fundraising efforts, but most of all to their amazing ‘Spend a penny, donate a penny’ initiative, together we have raised a princely £25,455 in a year. It’s a fantastic boost for us and projects such as our mobile chemotherapy unit.

We are so grateful to the M&S branch staff for choosing us to be their Charity of the Year, and to our hard-working volunteers for running  the daily ‘’Spend a penny – donate a penny’ collection outside the store’s loos.
